Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During new collection launches or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

We currently offer standard shipping within the United States.

Standard shipping is $5.95 per order via USPS Ground Advantage.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Delivery Times

USPS Ground Advantage delivery times vary by destination. While most packages arrive within the carrier's estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by weather, holidays, or other carrier delays.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Amber Jade is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to help before the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the care of the carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or if your package appears to be significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available. We hope to offer international shipping in the future.
