Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Amber Jade piece. If it isn't quite right, we're happy to help make it so.

Returns

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn

  • In their original condition

  • Returned in their original packaging

To start a return, please contact us with your order number. Once your return is approved, you'll receive instructions for sending your item back.

Unless your item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

 

Exchanges

If you'd prefer a different item or chain length, we're happy to offer exchanges when inventory is available. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll work quickly to make it right.

Final Sale Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, the following items are considered final sale:

  • Earrings

  • Personalized or custom-made pieces
